    Patek Philippe reinterprets the famous men's Annual Calendar Ref. 5396 in a new version in white gold with a blue sunburst dial with a black gradient that darkens towards the periphery and 12 baguette-cut diamond hour markers (0.26 carats) that give it a discreet shine. The dial color is reflected in the brilliant navy blue alligator strap.
    The automatic caliber 26-330 S QA LU 24H with a double window for the day and month at 12 o'clock, a date window at 6 o'clock and a 24-hour subdial incorporating a moon phase display automatically distinguishes between months with 30 and 31 days and only requires date adjustment once a year, at the end of February.
